*You must be AOCC member at the time of registration. Refunds will not be provided for the difference in registration fees if the attendee becomes AOCC member after registering.

Payment Method

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB /AMEX / Diners).
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • We do not accept a payment made from any other payment methods.

  • If you have already created an account, please enter your ID and password to login.
    (Abstract submission and registration are on the same screen.)
  • If you do not have a account, please click on the "Create an Account" button and enter your account information.
  • "Request for email address confirmation" email will be sent to the email address you entered.
  • Please access the URL in the email to complete the creation of "My Page".
  • In the "My page", you can submit your abstract and register your participation. You can also download a receipt for the registration fee.

Group Registration

  • Group registration is available for any group of minimum 10 participants. Please fill in the group registration form and send it to the secretariat of AOCC2022 via E-mail at
  • This is for registrants’ convenience, not for registration discounts. Payment for group registration is ONLY possible by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail to
  • All refunds will be made after the symposium.
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the amount of refunds.
