Presentation Guidelines

(Note) The 10th Annual Meeting of AOCC (AOCC2022) will be held virtually (online), so there is no need to come to Japan (venue).
You can participate and watch the meeting online from your office or home.

Invited Speakers

1. Presentation Time

Your presentation time is indicated in the session outline sent to you by the secretariat of AOCC2022.
If you have not received it, please notify the secretariat.

2. Presentation format

The size of the slides must be widescreen (16:9).

Please show the COI disclosure slide on the second slide at your presentation.
Please disclose regardless of whether you have any conflicts of interest.
The COI disclosure slide is included in the PowerPoint template.

When creating a presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint, use the OS standard fonts.

Although there is no particular limit on the number of slides allowed in the lecture data, please make sure that the presentation is completed within the allotted presentation time.

Please prepare your presentation data in the following format
First page: Title of the presentation, your affiliation, first author's name, co-author's name, etc.
Second page: Conflict of Interest (COI)
Third and subsequent pages: Description of presentation

Please refrain from using videos and animations

Please note that Keynote for Mac is not available

Please refrain from using an external monitor or the presenter’s tool, as these can cause problems when sharing screen.

It is not necessary to submit your presentation files in advance.

3. About your presentation on your session

When making the presentation, please connect through a wired LAN. In case of Wi-Fi, the connection may be unstable.

Please choose a quiet spot and avoid noise as much as possible.

Please make sure in advance that your computer is equipped with a camera, speakers, and a microphone.

Close all unnecessary applications running on your computer during the session.

Your session will be live streamed. Please log in 45 minutes before the session starts and share your PowerPoint presentation by yourself. The login URL for Zoom will be sent to you by e mail one week prior to the Annual Meeting

4. Agreement for On-Demand Presentation

The 10th Annual Meeting of AOCC will record your presentation and distribute it on-demand for the purpose of information sharing and education, and to disseminate your valuable presentation to the AOCC2022 participants including the AOCC members.
We would like to receive your consent to distribute your presentation (slides and audio). Please read the attached consent form, fill in the necessary information, and return the form to the secretariat of AOCC2022(10th_aocc@aocc2022.com) by May 31.

  • Notification of Acceptance and Guideline of Presentation will be sent by e-mail on May 6. If you have not received the notification, please contact the secretariat of AOCC (10th_secretariat@aocc2022.com)

Oral Presentation

  • Please submit PowerPoint data with audio in advance.
    At the session, the presentation data you submitted beforehand will be operated by the technical staff.
    For Q&A, you will be live after streaming of the presentations.
  • Please show the COI disclosure slide on the second slide at your presentation.

  • The Annual Meeting will be held via live webcast. Please join ZOOM with your login URL at least 45 minutes before the start of your session.
    The login URL for Zoom will be sent to you by e-mail one week prior to the Annual Meeting.

  • At the AOCC2022, we ask for your intensified attention in keeping your presentation time strictly within limits as to run the conference smoothly.
    Please take this into consideration when preparing your presentation.

5. Guidelines for recording your presentation

The following guidelines are to assist you in preparing your presentation.

e-Poster

  • Presentation data should be uploaded in advance in PowerPoint or PDF format.
    Uploading guidelines (URL, uploading procedures, submission period, etc.) will be sent to your registered e-mail address at a later date.
  • Please show the COI disclosure slide on the second slide at your presentation.
    Please disclose regardless of whether you have any conflicts of interest.
    The COI disclosure slide is included in the PowerPoint template.

  1. The size of the slides must be widescreen (16:9).

  4. The file size should be 1GB or less.
  5. Hyperlinks may be disconnected depending on the PC environment.
  6. Animated gifs cannot be posted. Please create with a static image
  7. The file name should be saved as "Abstract No. _ Presenter’s name".

2. Q&A

If participants have questions about your poster presentation, you will be notified via the email address you registered.
Please log in to the designated URL to answer questions.
Questions will be accepted during the on-demand presentation period, so if you receive questions, please answer them.

  • Registration of AOCC2022 is required in order to answer questions.
